Can't make it to a walk city? Walk from anywhere in the world.
When: Saturday, September 19, 2026 — any time of day or night, in your time zone
Where: Wherever you are. Your street, a park, a school yard, a beach, your living room.
Who: Anyone, anywhere. Walk solo, with family, friends, coworkers, classmates, or your whole community.
What counts: Everything. Walk a 5K or around the block. Play a cooperative game. Dance, roll, stroll, or gather. If it brings people together in the spirit of play, it's a Walk for Peace.
Cost: Free. Always. Donations are welcome and fund Play for Peace® programs for children in conflict zones worldwide.
Why: On September 19, communities across the world move together on the same day. Wherever you are, your steps join a global movement that reaches children on the other side of the world.
