I understand that participation in the Community Walk for Peace involves walking outdoors and other physical activity, and that participation carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, release and hold harmless Play for Peace®, its officers, employees, volunteers, and event partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I certify that I am physically able to participate. If registering a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed and agree to these terms on their behalf.
