Community Spotlight: Abha Jeurkar

"Play for Peace is a deeply personal practice of nurturing self-awareness, love and non-judgment."

Abha lives in Bihar, India and working with Center for Social Equity and Inclusion as an experiential educator and curriculum developer. She recently completed Play for Peace Certified Trainer Course and using Play for Peace tools and activities in Dalit communities in India. She also did a one-year Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice, which made her appreciate the critical need for creating safe environments to foster emotional and social growth of learners.
