They were able to bring together a team building session for clinical supervision participants in the consortium program. It included 30 persons in Bujumbura city. The focus and target of the session was on how to handle professional stress, conflicts management, cohesion, promote laughter, and revive energy to continue providing services.
It's evident that such sessions are not only beneficial for the individuals who attended but also for the communities they serve. By equipping professionals with the skills and tools to manage stress and conflicts, promoting teamwork and positivity, and rekindling their passion for their work, these sessions have a ripple effect that extends beyond the participants themselves.
Thank you, Obed, for your invaluable contributions to the cause of peace and healing. Your efforts inspire us all, and we are grateful for your leadership and mentorship.
