Michael Hudec, US Coast Guard WE are honored that Michael Hudec from the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, 9th Western Region will again join our Walk for Peace for the third year in a row! We are so thrilled to have confirmation of his participation because he not only brings so much joy to our young Peace Walkers but also helps spread very important boating safety tips and information with his team of volunteers. Michael leads our moment of silence for peace as well as a beautiful flag ceremony with a local Boy Scout Troup. He has even dressed up as a PFD Panda who helps kids realize "that life jackets float...kids don't." Come meet your local US Coast Guard this year at our Walk for Peace!
