#ThankyouTuesdays: Tony and Dogfather

Dogfather has stood the test of time: 14 years. That is long in hotdog years. Tony Passaro opened the first Dogfather in Schaumburg, IL first, and in 2006, opened his current location on Stearns and Route 59 in Bartlett, IL. His staff knows every customer by name, giving them good food and fast service. They also bake their own bread in store, and Tony personally seasons their Italian Beef every day. And their work pays off, selling around 2,400 hotdogs a day. When asked what his secret is, Tony quotes his mother, "If you love what you do, you're not working." Tony and Dogfather is a great supporter of Play for Peace and World Peace Day. Everyone who has come to a Walk for Peace has tasted one or two of his hotdogs - the kids look forward to them after the walk. Tony says he supports Play for Peace on World Peace Day because, "Peace is for everybody... The world moves better with peace." He further says it's the right thing to do because he "is part of the community." If you want to thank Tony and Dogfather for supporting peace in the community and the world, or just want to drop by for their 99¢ Hot Dog Tuesdays, you can visit him at 957 South, Route 59 in Bartlett, Illinois. You may also check their website at www.dogfatherhotdogs.com to send them a note. Let us support our Peace Day supporters, and bring more laughter, compassion and peace to the world!
