#ThrowbackThursday: Play for Peace First Conference in India

The photo was taken in 2003 at a campsite, in Bangalore, India, where Play for Peace first local conference was held. Play for Peace youth groups and trainers from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, participated in the three days meet. This gathering brought all Play for Peace youth facilitators and trainers together for the first time to share their PFP experiences with each other, learn new activities, lead Practice Peace Sessions and to present Play for Peace future plan to our long time supporter Jim Stuart. Play for Peace executive director Sarah Gough just arrived in New Delhi and will be traveling across India for a month to work with our old and new batch of trainers and supporters.
