Your support in 2014 enabled Play for Peace to expand its programs around the world.
We are actively preparing for the 2015 Walk for Peace and World Peace Day Celebration, on Saturday 19, 2015 at Bartlett Nature Center in James “Pate” Philip State Park. We wanted to take a moment to connect with you and thank you again for helping us grow and expand the Walk for Peace!
With 200 walkers, donors and sponsors raising $37,500, we were able to increase the number of Play for Peace clubs, and move our programs into new areas that conflict and tragedy such as Israel, Nepal, Pakistan, and South Sudan.
We are hard at work to make this year’s Walk for Peace and World Peace Day Celebration better than ever, and we really hope you’ll join us. We can’t do our work without your support, and this year, we hope you’ll be willing to form teams of walkers with your friends, family, coworkers and fellow students, to help us reach our goal of 300 walkers raising $50,000!
Help us understand more about how we can support you. Would you like us to share more information about Play for Peace and our programs around the world? Would you like some ideas about how to form a team to walk with you on September 19th? Would you like information about visibility opportunities for your company and how to become a sponsor of this year’s event?
We hope you’ll let us know what you need as we prepare to make this year’s event a breakthrough We have prepared a brief survey that should only take you 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us use our Wednesday blog posts and Friday email newsletters to provide information that will help you feel informed, motivated and connected to our global learning community.
